Cannon’s DPD rack and panel connectors are distinguished from other connector lines by their
rectangular shape which provides maximum space utilization on rack or chassis mounted equipment.

The DPD is used in any commercial application where moisture/environmental resistance is not required, such as I/O connector or computer panels, GFE test equipment, and GSE ground support equipment. For example, one-half of a connector assembly is mounted on a radio rack, or panel, and the mating connector is attached to a cable that connects to another instrument or rack. The DPD has a temperature range of -55C to +125C (-167F to +257F)

DPXA Connectors are one piece shell miniature rack/panel connectors. The construction offers high strength and maximum utilization of insert area for contact arrangements accommodating up to 106 contacts.

DPX*MA connectors are DPX connectors with the LITTLE CAESAR contact assembly for rear insertion, release, and extraction of crimp type contacts.

The rear release contact retention system used in the Deutsch RSM series is simple and reliable. It is based on the same system used in connectors conforming to NAS1599 and NAS1600. Contacts are both inserted and extracted from the rear of the connector with a fail safe plastic tool that comes with every connector.

All RSMs feature silicone rear grommets with three "O"-ring seals around each wire for environmental performance. Pin faces use a silicone interfacial seal with raised barriers around each pin. When mated these barriers compress into the chamfered lead-ins on the hard face of the socket insert and provide a moisture tight "cork-in-the-bottle" seal.

RSMs come in five shell sizes and a number of configurations for contact sizes 22,20, and 16, plus contacts for shielded wire. Mounting styles include the square flange and single-hole mounting types in bath resilient and hermetic receptacles. Push pull plugs are available with lanyards for remote or "blind" installations. Cylindrical, Rack and Panel and solderless hermetic versions are also available.

MIL-C 22992, Class L Wall Mount Receptacle (Power Source)

DPXB Connectors are DPXA Connectors with an ARINC B Shell. Additional polarization is provided by Three Hexagonal polarizing posts.

DPXB, DPX2, DPX3 and DPX4 connectors are single, two, three and four gang connectors that can accommodate from 106 to 424 contacts. Three polarization keys allow 99 different polarization positions.
